Emotional Management of Healthcare Professionals in Palliative Care Settings

Palliative care has developed in Russia since the 1990s as an adopted Western institutional form within ideological framework of a 'good death,' which suggests holistic approach to patient suffering. The development palliative was not linear and received systematic governmental support only over last ten years. Psychological quality life were legally included 2019. As consequence existing structural constraints most organizations, all emotional labour is done by medical professionals often lacking training management emotions.
